Scientific usage method of Kegel trainer
Equipment selection and positioning
Biofeedback type device: monitors electromyographic signals through sensors to guide contraction strength (recommended initial strength is 30% -50% of maximum contraction strength).
Resistance trainer (such as Kegel trainer): Choose a resistance level that matches your own muscle strength to avoid excessive fatigue.
Training plan
Basic stage (weeks 1-4): twice a day, 10 minutes each time, with 5 seconds of contraction and 5 seconds of relaxation, repeated for 10 groups.
Advanced stage (starting from week 5): Extend contraction to 10 seconds, add rapid contraction (1 second contraction+1 second relaxation) mode, and increase the total daily duration to 20 minutes.
Precautions
Avoid training during urination to prevent bladder dysfunction.
If there is pain or discomfort in the perineum, stop immediately and consult a doctor.
